Text: OpenAI, DevDay 2026 keynote film.

Here’s to you. The builders. The new artists. The makers of our time. The momentum generation. You’re not just writing code. You’re rewriting what’s possible. Expanding the collective. Letting intuition guide the way. You help dream up new businesses and upcycle old ones. You’re opening the doors of learning and decoding the immune system. What you create, it lives. It changes. It moves with us. Here’s to you. The builders. The makers of our time. AI has opened a 5 to 10 year window. At the Leader Builder Workshop, you build your own glasses to operate within it. Inner lens, outer lens. agenticpeople.ai

The starting point · you do not need more content

You do not need more content. You need practice.

You already use AI. Maybe every day. But you probably still spend a good part of your time asking, copying, pasting and waiting for an answer.

The next jump happens when you stop just talking to AI and start working with it.

You do not learn that by watching one more demo, collecting prompts or seeing someone share their screen. It happens when you put your hands on a real problem: you test paths, compare solutions, see where AI helps, where it fails, and learn to run the process without outsourcing authorship.

That is what these two days are for: using Claude for real and understanding, in practice, when Chat, Projects or Cowork can change the way you work.

Paper and pen first.
Laptops closed.
Attention as raw material.
Before the tool · the equation has a hierarchy
Human intelligence

Intention, context, judgment and responsibility.

Artificial intelligence

Processes, connects and runs.

The equation has an important hierarchy: the human brings intention, context, judgment and responsibility. Claude processes, connects and runs. You follow the structure, step in along the way and decide what is ready to use and what still needs review.

Claude in three modes · the difference is how much you delegate

The difference is how much you delegate.

You learn to read the structure before deciding which mode to use.

Claude Chat
01

You ask. Claude answers.

It is the best known mode: a direct conversation to explore, write, analyse and think. You learn to use it with more intention and less random trying.

Claude Projects
02

Context goes in once and stays there.

References, instructions and repertoire stop being re-explained in every conversation. You build a persistent environment for a topic, a team or a project.

Claude Cowork
03

You stop asking and start working four handed.

Claude reads files, organizes steps and runs a whole task with you following along, correcting on the way and reviewing the result.

The contract for the two days · clarity before signing up

What you take home. And what you do not.

Clarity before signing up is part of the method too.

To name what you are seeing
01

Vocabulary

You understand the differences between conversation, context, project, execution and human review.

To pick the right mode
02

Judgment

Not every problem calls for Cowork. You learn when to use Chat, Projects or a more autonomous run.

With your own hands
03

Practice in all three modes

The structure stops being abstract because you test every step inside Claude.

With material from your own work
04

One real case solved

You prototype, test hypotheses and review a solution in front of the cohort and the facilitators.

To put to work on Monday
05

One concrete next step

You leave knowing what to continue in Cowork and what works better as a Project or a Chat.

You will not leave with
Technical knowledge at software engineering level.
The ability to program complex integrations.
A ready made answer for every situation.
Any obligation to use Cowork for everything.
The meeting · Learning Village, Vila Madalena

Two days in the same room, with your problem on the table.

The room is at Learning Village, the innovation hub of HSM and Ânima Educação. You walk in using AI and walk out with an agent of your own running. The first edition ran in May 2026. Every one since has sold out. Inside a company, on the Culture for AI Implementation day at Vale, there were 32 executives from 30 directorates. The evaluation on the Singularity platform returned NPS 100.

What to bring
  • A laptop with an active Claude account.
