for your company

From “I use AI” to “we build with AI”.

In-company AI training for leaders. In four-hour blocks, over two days, or as a culture project inside one area. The format depends on where your company is today.

the map

People climb steps. Companies climb floors.

Each person goes through five steps in using AI. The company goes through four floors. On the first, each person uses AI alone. On the fourth, AI changes how the company creates and captures value.

The shift happens at the builder. That is when someone stops using AI only for themselves and starts building for the team. Floors 03 and 04 belong to the organization. Builders are the ones who take the company there.

As we read it, most companies sit on floor 01 and buy as if they were on floor 04.

floors 01 and 02

Four-hour blocks

For a team that already uses AI, each person in their own way. Each block has two and a half hours of hands-on work on each person’s real problem.

Individual productivity. Each person leaves with a problem from their own work running in an AI workspace, with their own instructions and files, and with their first ROI calculation.

Group productivity. The team leaves with a shared skill running on a problem everyone has. It also leaves with a written agreement: what AI does alone, what goes through review and what never goes out without a person.

  • 4 hours per block
  • 2.5 hours hands-on

AI Culture, with the Esquadro method

A project inside one business area, with a sponsor and a deliverable in each phase. It starts with a 28 question diagnostic.

a case

32 executives from 30 directorates at Vale.

In an in-company program with Singularity, AgenticPeople adapted the Workshop Leader Builder to Vale’s needs. The structure of four-hour blocks stayed, with two blocks of heavy hands-on work.

the questions from inside

The four questions HR will hear before signing.

Does it work with the AI the company already has?

Yes. We work with Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot and choose the best path together with HR. The licenses are the company’s, in the tool the team will use afterwards. What people learn is the architecture: workspace, context, skill and automation. It holds in all three.

Where does the data stay?

In the company’s account, wherever IT decides. By default, the group works with material prepared by AgenticPeople. If the company prefers, it uses its own data, under the rules it sets. We sign a confidentiality agreement whenever the client asks. A prototype does not become a system on its own. Governance stays with IT.

How do you measure it?

In the workshop, each person leaves with the solution to their own problem built, their ROI calculation and their first Monday action, with a day and a time. The group’s problems, each with its own calculation, become the list of where the company starts the next step.

How do you reach more people?

In person, we work in multiples of 35. Each group has up to 35 people, always with both facilitators in the room, and the program grows group by group.

how it starts

Three steps to the first group.

  1. A conversation or the diagnostic.

A conversation with Daniel or the 28 question diagnostic, which HR takes alone in about 20 minutes, with no sign-up.

  2. Proposal.

Format, scope, group size and price, based on the floor the company is on.

  3. Facilitation design.

The program is adapted to the company’s needs, as it was for Vale.

The workshop delivers each person’s crossing. Sustaining the change afterwards depends on the company’s environment. That is why, in company, it is the first step of the company’s plan.

questions

How long does in-company AI training last?

It depends on the format. A block is four hours. The Workshop Leader Builder is sixteen hours over two days. An AI Culture project goes through five phases inside one area.

What does each person take away?

In the workshop, the solution to their own problem, a dashboard with one connected source and a skill they created. In the four-hour blocks, a problem running in an AI workspace or the team’s usage agreement.

Do you need to know how to code?

No. Participants come from business areas. Nobody codes.

How do you choose an AI training provider for leaders?

Ask how they will measure it. In the 2025/2026 Training Panorama survey by ABTD, the Brazilian training and development association, with 443 companies, 71% of projects evaluate how participants reacted. Only 11% evaluate how it was applied at work. ROI shows up in 1%. Ask for each person’s concrete deliverable, who will be in the room and how the program fits into the company’s plan.

How much does it cost?

The price goes into the proposal, with the format, the scope and the group size.
